I operate as a right-hand man for food businesses, taking products from concept to shelf. Working directly with founders, CEOs, and internal teams, my goal is help define a competitive edge—from product concept to IP to sales development— for a meaningful brand stronghold.

About Me

While working in ad agencies, I realized I wanted to develop products from conception. The food world offered the right challenges: ever-changing products requiring fresh thinking, strategy, and implementation.

NPC Processing

NPC is a protein processor focused on selling portioned / ground / seasoned / cooked products to multi-unit restaurants, meal kit providers, and grocery chains.
